LOVE, in my opinion, isnt about calling each other 'dearie' /'darl' /[insert wtvr shit names you've got] . it is instead, about caring for each other &wanting e other party to be happy; about undstding e other party &just loving each other.
after last year's disappointing incident, i learnt that 2 ppl who like each other dont have to go steady and PDA. ppl in love dont have to possess each other, because it may be backfire &everything will end.
yay. oh im not saying i dont use those names, i just think love is more than that alone. &im also not saying going steady is bad. just be sure of how you feel first. you dont need a /another heartbreak ;D

today had race. haha allcomers has a lowprof when it comes to secondaryschs. i arrived there &someone suddenly said we were e only secondarysch that was here to participate. wah, &i was supposed to run women's open. hell great. i wish i wasnt there lo. i looked arnd; there were only bigbig JC ppl on e grandstand, well, excluding cedar. but there were no cedar girls in my event. in fact, no JC ppl in my event. it was RVH vs SSS. &duh, it was total ownage can.
hahaha no big deal. we were at e callroom but all of e carrots running that event didnt care about losing. because no need think, sure lose one. we were enjoying ourselves, laughing &joking hahaha. e SSS ppl were rather serious la, and we were like mustard seeds compared to them. oh wtvr !
anyway i was last for my event. &i think i've lost my sense of shame because im not sad about it hahaha.
i ran with my eyes closed for like, 4-5 rounds. and although it hurt, it was quite shuang, considering e fact that i set my pb for 3000m-- 13:56.
ohyes e orange juice this time round wasnt quite satisfactory. lol just a random complaint. i like sweetened orange juice ;D

on wed, aixin myself adna kristie wenta queensway to make our class tee ! haha before that went ikea to have lunch ! ;D hotdog sandwiches (: (: haha zu was with us but she headed for home when we left for queensway shopping centre.
tee was fine la. estimated cost was $15 at most. then its i design one ! LOL then sure very nice. cause who designed it ? JASMINE ;D hahaha im damn stupid. stayed outside e tee printing store for like quite long, in a dilemma about every single detail haha. dexter &sweecheng came over after we requested then crapped abit &went home, tired.
thursday : was actually trng after dismissal. rained like crap. left for queenstown stadium arnd 3.50pm. aiya sian, then did warmup &all on e grandstand. pouring like mad. pandian arrived. 10sets jumping power. no drills. 3.2km. pandian praised me ! yay ;D
today : ahh ! last day of sch ): ): ): KEESIAOS I LOVE ALL OF YOU ! &I'LL DEFINITELY MISS ALL OF YOU OK ! ahhh i dont want holidays. i wanna be with 2K like, everyday. rah, so sad lo. before claire came to look for me, we were fooling arnd as usual. then claire came &i left with her. i walked a few steps &asked her to wait. i turned back, saw e door, my keesiaos standing at e door &inside e class; i cried.
it was so saddening. i thought of splitting at e end of e year. AHHHHHHH. f f f i dont wanna split. i dont wanna ! i love everyone in 2K lo. rah rah ! )X )X

today had trng and it was horrible. ): well, horrible for me. it was like shit.
- 3 rounds on outer lane for warmup
- 4 x (frequency + 20pumping)
- usual tiring exhausting exercises [ohyes we did more than 10sets of hurdle exercise. shit]
- water break
- 5 x (up e stairs) !
- drills were a lil slack. 1 set of each
- water break
trng started at like, 8am. i looked at my watch during e second water break. it was 9.30am. &e real thing hasnt arrive.
- okay here comes e real thing. 2 x (600m + 300m)
i lagged behind by a hell lot. &yea, of course im sad. but what can i expect ? claire &i were having flu and it felt terrible ): like crap. y'know that kinda feeling, you're running your guts out &dying alr, then a dumb flu has to hinder you further in your performance. for example you're in CO. you didnt memorise your scores. you try to sight-read but your fingers cramp up. very bad huh ?
ah extreme digression. oh well. so today was like, bad.
